Description
Currently the library implements an equivalent of DBSCAN with `minPoints=1`. It shouldn't be hard to extend it to accept `minPoints` as a parameter and handle that for a complete DBSCAN implementation.

Research direction
Start by reading the library's current density-based clustering implementation and trace how it handles the existing minPoints=1 behavior. Identify the relevant entry point and tests, then extend the parameter handling so general minPoints values produce complete DBSCAN behavior.
