There is no tool for moving and rotating

Hello, I've been using Drawing since 2022 and I've noticed a global flaw. In the simplest graphics editor, there is no tool for moving and rotating each line, shape, text, or any imported image. This feature is very important, without it it is inconvenient to edit and create something. It is also worth adding and redoing the movement and rotation of texts in order to make it easier to edit the text and also easier to move.
