## Description
Scaling does not follow settings. Keep in proportion does not work anymore.
### Steps to reproduce the bug
1. Grab an image
2. choose Scale
3. make sure you have scaling set to always / when setting values manually / pixels in the lower right corner
4. Adjust the width and click the check mark in the lower right-hand corner.
5. the height does not adjust automatically.
