persistent line options

I use quite often arrows;
I think it would be very nice
the line tool remembering
last used mode:

- line style
- lie/arrow type
- ...

Start at the line tool entry point and trace how line style and arrow type are initialized and changed. Check whether those options are reset between uses; done means the line tool retains the last selected style and arrow type for subsequent lines.
