Update website and résumé for UAE role search (no phone number)

Goal

Update the public website and résumé presentation to clearly support Mantosh's active search for Staff/Principal engineering roles in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, without publishing a phone number.

Planning only — do not implement yet.

Implementation should begin only after:

• Mantosh provides the final résumé PDF with the phone number removed.
• Mantosh approves the final public wording.

Actively targeting Staff or Principal Backend, Platform, or AI Infrastructure roles in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Based in Toronto, Canada • Canadian citizen • Available for immediate relocation to the UAE.

Planned changes

• Replace the existing résumé PDF with the final phone-free PDF supplied by Mantosh.
• Update the homepage positioning with the target roles, Dubai/Abu Dhabi focus, and immediate UAE relocation availability.
• Update the résumé webpage introduction to match the new positioning.
• Update the contact page with the same positioning.
• Update the public Ask Mantosh knowledge source so it answers target-location and relocation questions consistently.
• Update relevant SEO and AI-discovery descriptions.

Boundaries

• Do not publish any Canadian or UAE phone number.
• Do not claim that Mantosh currently lives in the UAE.
• Do not claim UAE work authorization.
• Keep Toronto, Canada as the current location.
• Keep Canadian citizenship and the already-published Canada, United States, and India work-authorization statement accurate and separate from UAE relocation availability.
• Keep Staff Software Engineer as the documented current title; Principal Engineer remains a target level.
• Do not push directly to main; implement through a reviewable pull request.

Acceptance criteria

• The supplied phone-free PDF replaces the current hosted résumé PDF.
• Homepage, résumé page, contact page, Ask Mantosh knowledge, and search metadata use consistent UAE positioning.
• No phone number appears in the new PDF or is newly introduced on any website surface.
• The site does not imply current UAE residence or UAE work authorization.
• Existing links and résumé download/view actions still work.
• Relevant repository verification passes before merge.
