Description

Priority: Medium

Problem

Ask Mantosh already records privacy-safe aggregate signals about coverage and knowledge gaps, but those signals are not yet an operational input into what should be published or strengthened next.

Goal

Create a repeatable, privacy-preserving workflow that turns aggregate Ask Mantosh coverage gaps into evidence-backed publication or knowledge-maintenance work.

Scope

  • Inventory the aggregate telemetry already available for unsupported, weak-coverage, or fallback outcomes.
  • Define thresholds for when a repeated gap deserves review rather than reacting to one-off traffic.
  • Map meaningful gaps to one of: improve an existing knowledge source, publish a new Insight, strengthen a Project case study, update Experience/Resume evidence, or explicitly keep the topic unsupported.
  • Keep raw visitor question text out of storage/reporting.
  • Produce a lightweight recurring report or review artifact that can feed the Personal Platform Evolution backlog.
  • Avoid optimizing for generic chatbot breadth; only gaps relevant to Mantosh's published engineering work and professional fit should create work.

Acceptance criteria

  • Existing privacy-safe gap/coverage signals are documented and usable.
  • A repeatable review process converts meaningful gaps into explicit publication/knowledge decisions.
  • One-off or unrelated questions do not create noisy backlog work.
  • No raw visitor question text or unnecessary personal data is stored for this workflow.
  • Resulting work can be traced back to an aggregate signal without exposing visitor content.
  • Publishing documentation identifies this telemetry as one input, not the sole authority, for future content.

Research direction

No files, tests, or implementation entry points are identified. Start by inventorying the existing privacy-safe aggregate Ask Mantosh coverage signals, then define thresholds, review decisions, and a recurring artifact that feeds the Personal Platform Evolution backlog. Done means meaningful gaps produce traceable publication or knowledge-maintenance decisions without storing raw visitor questions or treating telemetry as the sole authority.
