Many of the Headers don't show all elements for certain width

Responsiveness of these headers doesn't work in many cases:

- Header doesn't display some of the elements (like the menu button)
- Elements don't work (like the menu button)


Start by reproducing the header layout at the widths shown in the issue image and identify the affected header components in the repository. Check the responsive behavior of the menu button and other missing elements. Done means the headers display all expected elements and their controls work across the affected widths.
