[This](https://github.com/manticoresoftware/columnar/blob/75ec7a6bb8b5985157f77ea3a551ea50277836a3/cmake/builds/CommonDeb.cmake#L12) is outdated in debian packages:
Let's automate it, so we don't have to update it by hand anymore.
