Description
Consider to add an option to pamac update to allow to update flatpak packages as well as it is possible through the GUI.
Maybe a --flatpak switch (-k for short as -f could be confusing with --force-refresh)?
What do you think of the idea?

Research direction
Start at the pamac update command entry point and inspect how existing options, including --force-refresh, are parsed. Compare the CLI's package-update flow with the GUI's Flatpak update behavior; done means a documented switch updates Flatpak packages without changing the existing default behavior.
