Problem / motivation
Idea awaiting a spec; three docs reference it as deferred (pricing roadmap tier 3, condo-departures GDD flourish, tdt-importer notes), row created 2026-07-15. Named tenants let the importer's people records earn their bytes, feed the condo relocation flavor, and anchor the Modern shortlist item 3. Needs a spec: naming source, persistence cost, UI surfaces.
