Hope everything's fine on your side.
I'm having an issue with playlist files that have **unaligned keyframes among their outputs**, causing the video to "jump" (switch non-smoothly) and sometimes even to freeze for a while.
I've already simulated on Safari and on an OSMF based HLS player (http://osmfhls.kutu.ru/) giving the exact same conditions (network degradation to force switching), and it switches smoothly.
