Fragment_playing event in Strobe media player

I am using Strobemediaplayer and flashlsOSMF.swf as hls plugin.
How can I get HLSEvent.FRAGMENT_PLAYING in Strobemediaplayer, I am struggling with this from past few days, kindly help.
