Description
Due to technical limitations , I may have multiple qualities for a video with keyframes not aligned with eachother.
When that happens and there is a quality switch - the video turns black. I would assume it's looking for keyframes in the wrong places.
How do I disable this behaviour ?

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Reproduce a quality switch between streams with unaligned keyframes, then trace the quality-switch handling to determine whether the black screen can be avoided or the behavior disabled. Done means switching qualities no longer produces a black video, or the supported configuration to disable it is documented.
