Accurate seeking issue

Hi Guillaume,

Previously I was working on flashls plugin from master branch and accurate seeking was working fine with that plugin. Now I have taken plugin from dev branch which has many new features but I am facing some problem with accurate frame seeking in that plugin, its not seeking to exact frame position. Could you please suggest solution for this issue?
