Did I implement the API handler correctly?

Update:
I noticed that basic_ios is not in MSVCP140. It is in MSVC170 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/standard-library/basic-ios-class?view=msvc-170

Start with speakeasy/windows/winemu.py around get_fp at line 1615, then inspect the attempted speakeasy/winenv/api/usermode/msvcp140.py handler and the python -m speakeasy entry point. Reproduce the command with the reported executable and determine how the MSVCP140 symbol is resolved; done means emulation no longer reports this unsupported API.
