Description

Based on rumors [ios27](https://9to5mac.com/2026/08/25/ios-27-release-date-when-next-major-iphone-update-is-coming/) and [golden gate](https://www.macrumors.com/2026/08/25/macos-golden-gate-release-date/) will likely be released around September 14.

It would be nice to release an updated version of the library prior to the release date to have initial support for the latest version of the Unified Log format.

There could be further changes in the finalized release of Golden Gate or iOS 27. But having at least initial support I think is good prior to the release dates.

@dgmcdona and @lukbukkit Just curious, you both have played around a bit with the beta versions of Golden Gate and iOS 27.
Have either of you encountered any additional bugs/issues with this library?

@jrouaix also curious if you have experimented with the Apple beta versions?

If no additional bugs/issues related to Golden Gate or iOS 27 have been seen. I am inclined to release a new version sooner vs closer to Sept 14.
