Description
when multiple extractors, e.g. native PE and dotnet, can extract features from a binary, e.g. a mixed-mode dotnet program, should we extract the union of features from both extractors? or consider the features separately?

Research direction
Start by tracing how capa handles features from multiple extractors for mixed-mode binaries, including native PE and dotnet inputs. Compare the implications of taking a union with keeping features separate, then identify the project behavior that should be specified and validated. Done means the extractor-combination behavior is decided and its expected result is documented or covered by validation.
