Description
the IDA plugin code does not have many type annotations because it was written before we migrated to using py3-style type annotations. for the same reasons we use type annotations elsewhere, we should consider adding type annotations to the IDA plugin source, too.

Research direction
Locate the IDA plugin source and review how type annotations are applied elsewhere in capa. Identify the plugin modules and functions that lack py3-style annotations, then bring them into consistency with the rest of the project. Done means the IDA plugin source has the intended annotations without changing its behavior.
