Description
Details
Add license column to the Packages wiki page for open-source well established open source projects (such as FLARE/Mandiant/Google projects) by adding a SPDX license expression in the license nuspec field. We should not add a license field for projects with an unclear license or where the license is likely to change. In case of doubt, it is better to keep it save and leave it empty. Ensure it is clear that the users is responsible for checking the license if no license is specified.
This would make it easier to install FLARE-VM in commercial products.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Packages wiki page and the referenced nuspec license guidance. Identify established open-source packages with clear, stable licenses, record SPDX expressions in their license fields, and update the wiki with a clear note that users must check licenses when none is specified. Leave uncertain or changeable licenses empty.
