Description

In addition to using WebRTC to enumerate the user's IP addresses on all of their interfaces it may also be beneficial to allow manual specification of IP addresses or ranges to scan. This is relevant with certain modems that have to exist on 192.168.1.1, etc.

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing WebRTC IP enumeration and scan flow described in the issue and repository description. Determine where manually supplied IP addresses or ranges would enter that flow, then verify that a configured range is scanned alongside enumerated interfaces and that the modem case is covered.
