Custom events not being sent to Pinterest

Description
I am wanting to send a 'Custom event' to Pinterest but it's not turning up in Pinterest Ads test events interface. The standard "pageview" event is being recieved by Pinterest as expected and if I use a standard event like "add to cart" it is being recieved by Pinterest, but not the 'Custom event'.
In the Cloudflare "Tools Configuration" interface I can see there is activity on the custom event. And in the Zaraz debugger I can see that after the appropriate Trigger fired the action was also fired. But again, it isn't appearing in Pinterest.
