Description

I have an abstraction I've used a lot with Java, where my page objects wait for the visibility of elements that I know to be dynamic. I've even made that the default. Eventually, I need to support similar capabilities in Python. Can a PageElement be asynchronous?

Research direction

Start by reading the PageElement and MultiPageElement implementations and the existing tests for their visibility behavior. Determine how a dynamic or asynchronous marker should work for both element types, then add coverage showing that JavaScript-heavy pages wait for the marked elements as intended.
