Add refresh button to reload reports

At the moment one needs to hit 'Execute a Notebook' and choose a notebook in order for the list of notebooks to be reloaded. Might be worth making it more user friendly (e.g. add a reload button)

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Locate the UI that lists available notebooks and its reload/data-loading path; done means a user-visible control refreshes the list without first choosing “Execute a Notebook,” with the relevant test updated if one exists.
