Description
### Context
When exporting via mcap we are using the mesh of the road network as it comes from `maliput::utility::GenerateObjFile` method.
### Proposal
It would be better (more performant) if we add lines representing the boundaries of the lanes in the scene rather than the entire mesh of the road network.

Research direction
Start by locating the MCAP export path and its use of maliput::utility::GenerateObjFile. Determine how the scene currently receives the road-network mesh and replace that representation with lines for lane boundaries; done means MCAP exports no longer include the full mesh while retaining the lane-boundary scene geometry.
