[feature]: Work item table : filter Assignees by name and view user-level report & SLA

Summary

We are currently using the Plane Community Edition and would like to enhance the Assignees filter in the Work Items table to allow users to search and filter assignees by name.

Additionally, clicking an assignee should provide a quick user-level report showing their assigned work, completion/overdue status, workload, and SLA performance (SLA met, breached, and at-risk items).

This would help managers and team leads quickly understand a user’s workload, current assignments, and SLA performance without manually aggregating data across work items.

Key requirements:

• Search assignees by name.
• Filter work items by selected assignee(s).
• View a detailed report for an individual assignee.
• Show workload, completion, overdue, and SLA metrics.
• Allow drilling down from report metrics to the relevant work items.

Why should this be worked on?

We are currently using the Plane Community Edition, and managing work items for larger teams requires better visibility into individual workloads. The current Assignees filter makes it difficult to quickly find a specific user and understand their assigned work. A searchable assignee filter, along with user-level workload and SLA reporting, would help team leads quickly identify pending, overdue, and SLA-breached items and make better workload decisions.
