Current behavior
Pretty self explainatory image.
We have been running plane for years and this is what we are seeing today.
Plane was on the 'Something went wrong' page this morning, so i restarted, upgraded to 1.3.1 and get new install script.
Steps to reproduce
Upgraded from 1.3 to 1.3.1
