Summary

When creating a work item template with sub-work items, I do not have the option to create a dependency between these sub-work items.

E.g. I want to be able to create a work item: "Feature XY" with the sub items "Plan", "Implement", "Test", "Deploy". These steps are sequetial and thus it would be nice to mark them automatically blocked until the preceeding step is done.

Why should this be worked on?
