Current behavior

When I link a Plane ticket with state transitions to my PR in Github, I am noticing the bot post the comment twice.

On one PR, it posted the Linked to Plane Work Item(s) twice - both at the same minute. Then, it posted the ⚠️ State transition attempt blocked by project workflow settings for the following Work Item(s) message twice - both at the same minute.

On another PR, it posted the Linked to Plane Work Item(s)once. However, it posted the ⚠️ State transition attempt blocked by project workflow settings for the following Work Item(s) message twice - both at the same minute.

It does not post the message again on new commits (confirming issue#9117 was resolved from 2.6.0 -> 2.6.2).

I'd expect to always have 1 message of Linked to Plane Work Item(s) and 1 message of the state transition.

Thanks!
