Current behavior

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'created_by_id'.

File: apps/api/plane/api/views/intake.py, lines 467–470

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create an intake issue and accept it
  2. Delete the linked project issue directly
  3. Attempt to delete the intake issue
  4. See 500 error
