Current behavior
is_signup = bool(user) is inverted — existing user gets True (wrong), new user gets False (wrong).
File: apps/api/plane/authentication/adapter/base.py, line 299
Steps to reproduce
- Log in as existing user via OAuth
- Observe incorrect onboarding flow
- Register new account, observe signup callbacks skipped
