GitLab OAuth Callback Crashes for All Space App Users — base_host Variable Shadowing

Current behavior

When I complete GitLab OAuth login in the space app, the callback crashes with a TypeError and I see the error message attached below:

TypeError: 'str' object is not callable

What I expect is to be redirected to the dashboard after successful GitLab authentication.

File: apps/api/plane/authentication/views/space/gitlab.py — same shadowing pattern as the GitHub bug: base_host = request.session.get("host") overwrites the imported function.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the space app login page
2. Click "Continue with GitLab"
3. Authorize the application on GitLab
4. See 500 error on callback — user is never authenticated
