Summary

Nextcloud includes community containers in their official all-in-one installer.

With nextcloud AIO, there already is a PostgreSQL database that you can use. And there are optional containers like caddy reverse proxy, LLDAP server, stalwart mail server, redis, or MinIO S3 storage.

Why should this be worked on?

As there currently is no helpdesk that integrates into the nextcloud eco system, I think that could be beneficial for both parties. Nextcloud will get a modern helpdesk, you get new users and lots of fame. And the nextcloud guys form alliances with other open source projects which result in a lot of awareness in the community.
