Summary

When hovering over the completion graph in Work Item Burndown, the tooltip value should be rounded to one decimal place, as the additional decimal points add unnecessary noise and reduce readability.

Why should this be worked on?

Rounding the value to one decimal place noticeably improves the tooltip's readability.
