Current behavior

The Docker Compose install script blindly assumes uid 1001 without checking if that user already exists. For example, on my machine I have a user bob with uid 1001. After running the install script, bob is the owner of /bin/prime-cli, even if bob is not related to Plane.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Run the Docker Compose install script curl -fsSL https://prime.plane.so/install/ | sh -
  2. See that /bin/prime-cli is blindly installed with UID 1001, even if that UID is used by a user unrelated to Plane.
