[bug]: Unable to update work item parent on touch device

Current behavior

You currently cannot seem to update an work item's parent. As the modal/popup closes whenever you interact with it (or anywhere else).
This is not an issue when creating a work item, that modal works fine.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be on a mobile/touch device
2. Go to a project's work items
3. Open a work item, doesn't matter if it already has a parent
4. Press the parent value to change it
5. Try to search, or scroll, the modal/popup immediately closes
