Summary

Our team organizes User Stories into Epics.
How can I group by epics?

I want to see the board in a hierarchal fashion seeing how progress is going like this:

  • Epic A
    • User Story Apple
    • User Story Banana
      • SubTask 1 - DONE
      • SubTask 2 - DONE
      • SubTask 3 - IN PROGRESS
  • Epic B
    • User Story Kia
      • SubTask 1 - IN PROGRESS
      • SubTask 2 - TODO
    • User Story Toyota
      • SubTask 1 - DONE
      • SubTask 2 - IN PROGRESS
      • SubTask 3 - IN PROGRESS
      • SubTask 4 - IN PROGRESS
Where is Group By Epic
Why should this be worked on?
  • Jira supports group by epic, via their "swimlane" feature, thus Plane is not matching a competitor's feature set.
  • Plane supports Epics, but it's odd that I cannot group by them, thus Epics seems incomplete within Plane.
