Summary
During the creation of work items, someone may create an existing work items. so having a search duration creation would be usefull
Why should this be worked on?
- To avoid duplication
- Get to know if there is already an existing work on the same issue
- Better project management and estimation
- and for the same reasons, we check issues in GitHub before creating a new one :)
