[feature]: add without cycle in filter for view

Summary

I would like to request a new filter option in the views: the ability to filter issues that do not have any cycle assigned.

Currently, we can filter by specific cycles, but there's no way to view items that are not part of any cycle. This would be extremely useful for managing backlog items or identifying tasks that haven’t yet been scheduled.

Proposed Feature:

• Add a filter condition like: Cycle → is empty or has no cycle

• Alternatively, allow a None or Unassigned option in the existing cycle filter dropdown

Why should this be worked on?

I want to search all work card without cycle to manage my calendar.
