Current behavior

I'm self-hosting a plane with Docker. When trying to configure SMTP, I was getting messages that an error had occurred. After looking at issue #7042 , I went into the worker container and ran python manage.py test_email <receiver_email>. The response I got was Error: Email could not be delivered due to [SSL: WRONG_VERSION_NUMBER] wrong version number (_ssl.c:1000).

SMTP server is 100% configured correctly and working, because it's used with by other apps I have.

Steps to reproduce

Configure SMTP.
