Summary

This feature introduces a "Group States Master" configuration that allows users to define and manage a set of grouped issue states. With this, users can easily filter and display issues in views based only on selected state groups (e.g., "In Review"), improving clarity and focus when managing workflows.

Why should this be worked on?

Currently, filtering issues by individual states can become overwhelming and less efficient, especially in complex workflows. By introducing a "Group States Master," users can streamline their views to focus only on relevant grouped states, such as "In Review." This improves usability, reduces clutter, and enhances productivity by making it easier to track and manage issues within specific workflow stages.
