Summary

I apologize if this has been requested before, but I couldn't find any related discussions. I propose adding an option within the project settings to automatically assign newly created tasks (work items) to the creator. Alternatively, this feature could be implemented as a personal setting (preferably on a per-project basis), allowing individuals to enable or disable it based on their preferences.

Why should this be worked on?

This would streamline the process for project owners by eliminating the need to manually assign the tasks (work items) they create to themselves. It's important to include a toggle for this feature, as project managers may not want every new task they create automatically assigned to themselves.
