Summary
I think the title speaks for itself so I'll give an example. I create an issue that requires several sub-issues in order of how I need to complete them. In the end I have 5 sub-issues but want a sub-issue I forgot in place 2. Right now it will stay at the top but I would like the ability to just drag it down into the right spot.
Why should this be worked on?
I believe this will add the ability to have a clearer overview of tasks and their order of completion.
