Description
Not having teams like in Linear it's an issue and here's why...
If your team has 5-10 people, but it has several projects, you need to create a Cycle for each project, this structure requires having a Project Leader that actually takes ownership of the Project and takes the responsibility of managing the Project, when for small teams, it's not really needed, since the same person can just handle several projects.
If you can have a Cycle for a team, like Engineering, you could just add issues from different projects into the same Cycle, without needing to doit for each project (you ended up with cycles for projects with only one issue on it). This will also improve the way you access the status of the teams, like with Engineering, you can understand what is being done by the whole team in just one quick overview.
Also this bothers Support and QA, since they have to be navigating between projects to create tickets in Triage, because all project have their own Triage, instead of the team having it.
