Summary

Allow users to create project templates that include custom states.

Apart from the standard states, our team uses the custom states we added in, "Needs Testing" and "PR Review". Right now, we have to add them manually to every new project.

It would be great to be able to set that as default for all projects we create in the future, so we don't need to manually add those every time.

Why should this be worked on?

This would allow consistent project setups, save time in project initialization, and streamline the creation of new projects by applying predefined states.
