Summary
Add more i18n settings like:
- Date/time formatting
- Currency/money formatting
- Number formatting (delimiters)
- First day of the week
- Time formatting
- Full date formatting
- Full time formatting
- Calendar (date/time picker) display
Also take into account:
- Measurement system
- Metric/imperial units
