Summary
We need the search box to able to search archived issues too. Needs a date range specifier as well as ability to search by text.
Why should this be worked on?
This is super important for auditing and other work where the issue/task is archived but needs to be accessed months later. Usually a search is done by time range and keyword based. For example -
- "I had approved this spend roughly X months ago. Where is the documentation for this?"
- "I had fixed this bug X months ago, what were the comments on it?"
- etc etc

- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.
- Comment on the issue to say you are picking it up — it saves two people doing the same work.
- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
