Summary

Add an automation that moves issues past due date to a backlog state.

Why should this be worked on?

The issues that are way past due date currently has no option to be made a view on - if we want to keep a notice on the current issues that are pending across projects.

The issues that are way past due date still come under, In Progress State. (as shown in the screenshot)

We tried creating a filter view for issues that have passed due date counting from now, but wasn't successful with it, hence we thought that this would be good utility to add.
