Description

This software is wonderful. I want to install it on my own server and run it for myself and my house.

However, I'm hesitant to do so because I've seen a lot of projects like this be bought up by big companies like Atlassian, and then get shut down forever.

Obviously, if it's running on my own hardware, that still buys me some time in such an event... but after a decade or two, I'm sure that I'll start running into issues that'll make it no longer feasible to run this without official support from Plane (or a thriving community of OSS devs who take up the mantle if the company goes under).

So do you have a promise to never be bought? Otherwise, a plan for how people like me can keep using the software if Plane is aquired?
