Summary
Sometimes I create a issue. Then I realize I need to add some subissues. Then I realize this is actually bigger than I thought and want to convert the parent issue to a module. But I can't see a way to do this currently.
Why should this be worked on?
It just seems like a logical thing to do, doesn't it?
