- A mechanism that ensures no config is missing from sample config (can use dotenv-safe for this)

Research direction
Start by locating the development, production, and sample configuration files in the repository, then review how configuration is loaded. The work is done when one configuration file replaces the environment-specific files and a missing variable from the sample configuration is detected, potentially using dotenv-safe.
